The questions we actually get
Do you charge for people who never dive?
No. Billing counts people who started at least one dive in the month. A team of forty where twelve people use it is a bill for twelve.
What happens to my data if we leave?
Export everything as JSON from the account screen, at any time, on any plan including the free one. There is no retrieval fee and no window you have to do it in.
Is there a discount for anyone?
Registered non-profits and accredited schools pay nothing on Reef. Ask on the contact page and include something that shows you are one.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Annual billing is invoiced once for twelve months.
